Job Beschreibung: WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Lead our company wide recruiting processes by overviewing our ATS Greenhouse
- Communicate with all relevant internal & external stakeholder to ensure a smooth collaboration with Recruitment and People Partner
- Work closely with our People & Recruitment Partners in analyzing, designing and implementing the right trainings and development measures for the specific team needs
- Enable outstanding reportings and KPIs to drive productivity and performance, and support our hyper-growth
- Implement useful tools and processes as a strategic Recruitment Project Manager
- Analyse the training effectiveness to continuously improve learning outcomes and assess team and development needs, make recommendations and implement appropriate adaptations
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- +5 years of experience in Project Management, Recruiting or HR field including knowledge of Greenhouse, Recruiting, Reportings & best practices
- Effective communication skills for a smooth collaboration with your stakeholder
- Passion for the world of data – you are full of energy for your tasks
- Urge to develop and improve things by striving to make our organisation better every day
- Detect talents and capabilities as well as opportunities and room for improvement
- Experience in working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent project/program management and organisation skills
- Outstanding team-player, detail-oriented, able to prioritise and organise
- Fluent communication in English
