Planned duration: 12 monthsAufgabengebietThis is an immediate need to cover the following activities:1. proactive global Kofax Read Soft AP Invoice Automation project implementation
- 2. implementation of the business requirements in cooperation with the Kofax specialists
and internal business and IT specialists of the involved IT systems and SAP modules
- 3. internal consulting for the solution of questions within the project or affected processes
- 4. consistent enforcement of the defined P2P processes
- 5. documentation of the project work and the acquired/applied knowledge of the Kofax
Process Director and ReadSoft Online in Jira and Confluence
- 6. reporting to the project management
- 7. Migration of the existing ARIBA and Legal Tracker interfaces from the legacy system to
the Kofax environment
- 8. preparation, support and documentation of user tests
- 9. specification of interfaces which will be required for further automation ( approver
matrix synchronization)
- 10. processing of SAP transport releases according to existing ATOTECH processes
- 11. coordination of all IT specific requirements within the project ( SAP authorizations,
infrastructure questions, mobile applications access, SSO etc.)
Anforderungsprofilexpectations:3-5 years of experience and appropriate knowledge of the current Kofax ReadSoft Online and Process Director software as well as the SAP modules FI-AP (accounts payable) and MM.VergütungspaketDrawing your interest?
